REGEN-BY-2 will research, design, construct and experiment a first-of-its-kind lab-scale prototype of a recent near-worldwide patented thermodynamic cycle and related plant for the conversion of thermal sources in energy vectors, i.e. electric, heating and-or cooling powers. TRIERES

TRIĒRĒS is Greece’s first Hydrogen Valley brings together business, knowledge and regional interests. The TRIĒRĒS Valley starts as a small scale Valley but has a tremendous upward perspective over a large part of the Balkans, South-Eastern Europe and the wider area of Eastern Mediterranean. The Valley will be built around the nucleus of MOH’s Corinth Refinery complex. From a business perspective the project has strong transeuropean interest as 80% of the refinery sales are generated outside of Greece, rendering it internationally oriented by default.

PLURAL aims to design validate and demonstrate a palette of versatile, adaptable, scalable, off-site prefabricated plug and play facades accounting for user needs (“Plug-and-Use” kits).

The MAIN OBJECTIVE of LIFE 3R is to develop an innovative F-GAS CIRCULAR ECONOMY- ECOSYSTEM based on a Self-certification platform with reliable F-gases declaration for composition/recovery/recycling; F-gas identification and recycling IOT equipment; and a 3R Marketplace platform to support and guide EU companies to Recover, Recycle/reclaim and Re-use F-gases.

ISMSES.ERASMUS

The scope of the project is to develop solar energy systems repair and maintenance curriculum for the electrical and electronics and energy systems departments of vocational and technical education schools, to predict and prevent solar energy systems (SES) failures with artificial intelligence methods.

RESPONSE

Funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Framework Programme, RESPONSE is a 60-month project that addresses the H2020-LC-SC3-2020-EC-ES-SCC call.

M-BENEFITS

Research suggests that the industrial and service sectors, which account for 40% of final energy consumption in the EU, offer substantial potential for cost-effective energy savings. However, an under-investment in energy-efficiency is observed in all countries due to the persistent existence of barriers. One key barrier is that companies do not consider energy use as a contributor to their competitive advantage.

The project aims to develop and test innovative solutions that focus on two main pillars: 1) promote the global introduction of alternative fuels (ammonia) in shipping sector reducing their environmental impact, 2) transfer to maritime sector clean energy technologies robustly demonstrated for terrestrial application(e.g. Waste heat recovery, renewables etc.) in order to reduce vessels’ emission

Στο μάθημα "Καθαρές Τεχνολογίες" παρουσιάζονται θεωρητικά και πρακτικά οι τεχνολογίες παραγωγής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας και θερμότητας καθώς και οι τεχνολογίες αποθήκευσης θερμότητας με στόχο τη δυνατότητα ενσωμάτωσής τους σε εφαρμογές του πρωτογενούς και τριτογενούς τομέα. Επιπρόσθετα θα παρουσιασθούν θεωρητικά αλλά και μέσω του εργαστηρίου ψυκτικά συστήματα φιλικά προς το περιβάλλον. Θα γίνει χρήση λογισμικών που χρησιμοποιούνται σε εφαρμογές ενεργειακών τεχνολογιών λαμβάνοντας υπόψη και την οικονομική βιωσιμότητά τους.
